Jlive Terms & Conditions – Rules and Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jlive platform. By registering on jlive, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read the Terms carefully in their entirety before using any service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account & Eligibility

To open an account on jlive, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Bangladesh. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to contain false information. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and the protection of your password.

Gaming & Betting Rules

All games and bets conducted on the jlive platform are governed by established rules. Each game has its own set of rules, which are detailed on the respective game page. In the event of a technical error or system failure, jlive reserves the right to void or adjust any transaction. Using unauthorized software, bots, or artificial methods to operate games is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses

All deposits and withdrawals on the platform must be made using approved payment methods available in Bangladesh. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply in accordance with established rules, which may change from time to time. Specific terms and wagering requirements must be met to claim bonuses and promotional offers. Using third-party payment methods or accounts registered in another person's name for transactions is strictly prohibited. In the case of any suspicious transaction, jlive reserves the right to request verification and place a hold on funds.

Liability & Limitations

The jlive platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantees of any specific outcome or profit. jlive is not liable for any losses caused by internet outages, device issues, or third-party actions. Gaming always carries the risk of financial loss, and users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions. In the event of any legal dispute, the applicable laws of Bangladesh shall govern, and both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. jlive remains committed to ensuring the security and fairness of its platform at all times.

Prohibited Activities

Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in harmful behavior toward other users is completely unacceptable. Attempting unauthorized access to jlive's software, data, or systems, or conducting any hacking activities, is illegal and a punishable offense. Using a concealed or false identity to access the platform is prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the associated account will be immediately suspended and legal action will be taken if necessary.
